Terms of service

All clients purchasing services from Siana Altiise, either as a part of the Music & Mindfulness, Pause Points, The Sleep Clinic, Silence and Sound, agree to the following terms of service:

  1. Services and Responsibilities:

    1. Siana Altiise offers a program of mentoring and life coaching services (the “Program”) which have been understood and agreed to by Client.

    2. Client understands that the Program is not a therapy or treatment program, and is not intended to or capable of treating, identifying, or diagnosing any medical or psychological disease, condition, or complaint.

    3. Client understands that the Program will be conducted by Siana Altiise. Client understands that Altiise is not a licensed as relates to the Program and is not a therapist, psychiatrist, psychologist, counselor, or doctor. 

    4. Client agrees to seek professional medical, psychiatric, psychological, and/or therapeutic help as they deem necessary. Client understands and agrees that Siana Altiise is in no way responsible for Client’s decision whether or not to seek such professional help, and/or the results of any such decision.

    5. Client understands that the Program may cause Client to experience extreme emotional states. Client agrees that they are fully responsible for managing his or her actions and mental state before, during, and after the Program. Client takes complete responsibility for all of his or her actions before, during, and after the Program, regardless of whether such actions were discussed in connection with the Program.

    6. Client acknowledges that they are of sound mind and fully capable of understanding the extent and limitations of the Program. Client will not attempt, in any way, to hold Siana Altiise responsible for Client’s choices or actions, whether or not such choices or actions were in any way resulting from or related to the Program or Client’s relationship with Siana Altiise Client agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Siana Altiise from any loss or liability related in any way to the Program or Client’s relationship with Siana Altiise

  2. Confidentiality:

    1. Siana Altiise will not disclose information the Client reveals in connection with the Program.

    2. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Client acknowledges that the relationship between Client and Siana Altiise is not subject to doctor/patient confidentiality or any other legal protection. Client agrees that Siana Altiise may disclose to appropriate legal and/or law enforcement authorities any fact(s) revealed by Client that Siana Altiise reasonably believes it has a legal, ethical, or other obligation to disclose. Client agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Siana Altiise for any disclosure, and/or any results of such disclosure, made pursuant to this clause. 

  3. Appointment Scheduling and Payment of Fees:

    1. The client will pay the program fee prior to beginning the program or make an arrangement through a payment service.

    2. Client agrees to provide twenty four (24) hours’ notice prior to cancelling or changing any individual one-on-one appointment.

    3. In the event that the client wishes to discontinue the program prior to completing it, the client understands that they will not be refunded their program fee and will still be responsible for making payments they arranged financing with a third party.

Upon purchase of membership in the program below, Client acknowledges that they have read the preceding information, has had ample opportunity to discuss and ask questions related to this Agreement, and understands his or her rights and obligations pursuant to this Agreement.
